- Refund Process: Halloween Contact Lenses will initiate the refund process upon notification of your intention to return the goods. Please allow a maximum of 60 days for the refund to be processed.
- Vouchers and Offers: For products purchased using vouchers or promotional offers, refunds will be processed in accordance with our prevailing policy
- Fees Deducted: Please note that a 20% administrative and restocking fee, as well as the delivery cost of the product, will be deducted from the total refund amount
- Return Shipping: Customers are responsible for the cost of returning the product in its original condition.
